SHIPPING POLICY

-ALL PRE-MADE DESIGNS WILL SHIP IN 5 TO 7 BUISNESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

-ALL CUSTOM ORDERED DESIGNS WILL SHIP IN 10 TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY DESIGN IS AGREED UPON.

- ALL CUSTOM MADE CASES WILL NORMALY SHIP BETWEEN 10 TO 15 BUISNESS DAYS.

SALES & RETURNS 
We do not issue refunds all sales are final.

If order arrives damaged please contact us within 1 to 3 days from the day orders shows delivered. If arrived damaged and contact has been made with in time frame, we can either EXCHANGE for another of the same item or can send you a different item or items from our website of same value.

 

** DAMAGED: CRACKED OR BROKEN CASE, SHATTERED DECANTER, DENTED TUMBLER, MISSING PARTS

 

ONCE YOU HAVE CONTACTED US ON A **DAMAGED ITEM THAT ARRIVED TO YOU WE WILL NEED PHOTOS OF THE BOX IT ARRIVED IN AND DAMAGE OF THE ITEM. WE WILL SEND A RETURN LABEL IN WHICH WE WILL COVER THE COST OF THE COMPLETELY **DAMAGED ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK AND WE WILL ALSO COVER THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT TO BE SHIPPED. WE WILL SHIP ONCE WE RECEIVED THE DAMAGE ITEM AND HAS BEEN INSPECTED.
